Soz Acceptable Use Policy

The User must not use Soz for:

• violating the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic or applicable law;
• infringing copyright, neighboring rights, privacy or other third-party rights;
• uploading or processing content without rights;
• processing confidential materials without a legal basis;
• publishing third-party personal data without a legal basis;
• fraud, phishing, social engineering, defamation, threats or harassment;
• extremist, terrorist, illegal or harmful purposes;
• bypassing restrictions of YouTube, external platforms, rights holders or Soz;
• scraping, SSRF, DDoS, brute force or credential stuffing;
• malicious files or attacks against ffmpeg/ASR pipeline;
• bypassing limits by account, email, IP, cookie, device or other technical signals.

If the policy is violated, the Operator may reject the file or link, stop processing, delete a project, disable a public link, restrict or block the account, restrict IP/device/technical identifiers and preserve technical data for security/legal purposes.
