2. Scope
This Policy explains what data Soz processes, for what purposes, how long it is stored, who may access it and how the User can send a data request.
Soz processes account data and also video, audio, text, subtitles and technical data, which may contain personal data of the User or third parties.

Soz does not request card or payment data while paid functions are not launched.
4. Purposes
Data is processed for registration, login, project creation, video processing, audio extraction, Kyrgyz speech recognition, subtitle creation and editing, export, temporary storage, public links, support, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, legal compliance and protection of rights.
Model improvement is performed only with separate User consent.
5. Video, audio and subtitles
Video, audio and subtitles may contain voices, images, names, phone numbers, addresses, organizations, trade secrets or other confidential information. The User is responsible for having the right and legal basis to submit such materials to Soz.
6. Model training
Soz may use User-corrected subtitles, text edits and related technical data for improving and fine-tuning Kyrgyz speech recognition models only with separate User consent.
Training data must be de-identified. Email, IP address, user ID, project ID, source links, filenames and other direct identifiers must be excluded from training datasets. Source video and audio are not used for training without separate consent.
7. Cookies and analytics
Soz uses technical cookies for account login, security, language selection and basic interface operation. Internal analytics may be used to measure visits, errors, load and interface quality, subject to data minimization.
8. Infrastructure and processors
At this version, hosting and STT processing are planned on server infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic. If foreign AI/STT, analytics, hosting or other providers are used later, this Policy must be updated before such processing starts.
9. Retention

Soz is not a permanent storage service. The User must independently save required files.
10. User rights
The User may request information, correction, project or account deletion, withdrawal of consent, withdrawal of model-training consent, restriction where applicable, or incident review by contacting privacy@soz.kg. The Operator may request verification of email/account ownership.
11. Security
The Operator uses technical and organizational measures including HTTPS, access restriction, accounts, role separation, logs and abuse prevention measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
