I, the User of Soz, consent to OsOO “Norris Service” processing my personal data and the data I submit while using Soz.

Processed data may include email, account data, password hash, session cookie, IP address, user-agent, video links, uploaded videos, audio, automatic transcripts, corrected subtitles, exported MP4/SRT/ASS/TXT files, public links, support requests, technical logs, security events and errors.

3. Purposes

Data is processed for registration, login, project creation, speech recognition, subtitle creation and editing, export, temporary storage, public links, support, security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.

4. Term and withdrawal

This consent applies from acceptance until account deletion, withdrawal of consent or termination of processing on another legal basis. Project files may be stored up to 30 calendar days or deleted earlier.

The User may withdraw consent by contacting privacy@soz.kg. Withdrawal may make some Soz functions unavailable.
