Soz Copyright and User Content Policy

Soz is intended for creating subtitles for content that the User is entitled to upload, process, edit, export and distribute.

The User warrants that the User owns the content or has permission from the rights holder, has the right to process video, audio, text and subtitles in Soz, and does not violate the rights of authors, performers, producers, broadcasters, platforms, employers, clients, persons appearing in videos or other third parties.

For YouTube or other platform content, the User is solely responsible for complying with the platform terms and rights-holder permissions.

Prohibited content includes pirated content, unauthorized content, unlawful recordings of private conversations, third-party personal data without a legal basis, unlawful or rights-infringing materials, fraud, harassment, threats, blackmail, defamation and malicious files.

Rights-holder complaints must be sent to abuse@soz.kg and should include claimant identity, contact details, protected work, disputed Soz link, proof of rights, description of infringement and requested action.

The Operator may restrict access, disable a public link, request clarification, delete a project or block an account when justified.
